What we build

Three capabilities. One operating advantage.

Intelligence

AI Solutions

Models, copilots, document intelligence, and forecasting inside live operations.

  • Custom ML and AI copilots
  • Process and document automation
  • Demand, risk, and ops forecasting
Trust

Blockchain Solutions

Permissioned networks, smart contracts, and proofs partners and auditors can trust.

  • Fabric, Besu, and consortium design
  • Traceability and audit-ready records
  • Identity and ERP adapters
Operations

ERP Solutions

Finance, inventory, people, and customers on one core — with AI and chain where they belong.

  • Implementation and modernization
  • Finance, HR, CRM, supply chain
  • WMS / TMS integration

AI + Blockchain

How the integration works

ERP events feed the AI layer. Policy decides what may proceed. Only approved outcomes are written to a permissioned ledger, then posted back to ERP.

1. ERP event

Invoice, shipment, PO, or lot record is captured.

2. AI decides

Models extract, forecast, or score risk.

3. Chain seals it

Hash, policy ID, and model version go on-chain.

4. Trusted action

Payment, release, or recall pack executes in ERP.

Reference architecture

How AI, blockchain, and ERP connect.

Sources stay systems of record. Intelligence recommends. The permissioned network stores proofs, not personal files.

Supply chain integration

Patterns that connect ERP, WMS, TMS, AI, and the ledger.

Use EDI at the partner edge, APIs for immediate checks, events for milestones, and a permissioned chain only for proofs several firms must share.

Topology

Hub, not a mesh

Point-to-point works for two systems and fails at five. Each system connects once to an integration fabric that maps order, shipment, lot, and invoice.

Transport

EDI + API + events

850/856/810 for retailers and carriers. APIs for ATP and serial checks. Kafka or webhooks for `shipment.departed` consumed by ERP, portals, AI, and the ledger adapter.

Reliability

Outbox, saga, replay

Commit the business row and the event together. Compensate if ERP posts and the chain does not. Idempotent keys stop duplicate proofs.

Who owns which fact

SystemOwnsTypical events
ERP / financeOrders, POs, invoices, valued stocksales_order.created, po.released, invoice.posted
WMSPicks, packs, lots, warehouse qtypick.confirmed, asn.created, inventory.adjusted
TMSLoads, tenders, freight costload.tendered, in_transit, delivered
MES / IoTBatches, temperature, machine statebatch.complete, temp.breach
Permissioned chainShared proofslot.handed_off, invoice.hash.sealed
AIScores and extractsfraud.score, doc.extracted, eta.predicted

Process patterns we implement

  • Order-to-ship: ERP → WMS pick → TMS load → ASN
  • Procure-to-receive: PO → ASN → putaway → GRN / 3-way match
  • Freight settle: TMS invoice vs ERP accrual
  • Recall / trace: walk lot and serial events backward
  • Title / eBL: document custody among carrier, bank, consignee

Ledger as a consumer, not the bus

After policy clears an event, an adapter writes a hash and correlation ID. Certificates stay off-chain. If master data is wrong, no later layer will save the process — so we stabilize IDs and the outbox first.

Where it lands

AI + blockchain in the operating system of the firm.

Finance

Invoice integrity

AI extracts and matches invoices. Approved results are hashed before ERP releases payment.

Supply chain

Lot traceability

Quality checks run in AI. Custody events are signed on a permissioned ledger.

Manufacturing

Attested production

Forecast models consume plant data. Batch releases get a ledger stamp shared with finance.

Trust layer

Permissioned networks, not public chains for PII.

High-stakes actions stay reviewable. Proofs stay useful in an audit. Personal data stays off-chain.

On-chain vs off-chain

On-chain: event ID, hash, timestamp, approver role, model version, policy ID.

Off-chain: invoices, IDs, certificates, model weights, customer PII.
